This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when your organization uses Tower OPS (the “Service”) at app.gcefield.cc and related mobile applications.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by GCE Field / Tower OPS (“we”, “us”). Your employer or contractor (the “Customer”) provisions accounts for office staff and field crews.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, crew assignment, login activity.
• Operational data: sites, crews, tasks, documents (CDS, SA, MA, RFDS, certificates), safety checklists, photos, GPS check-in/out timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, API logs for security and support.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service for your Customer.
• Sync documents and field activity between desktop and mobile.
• Security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting on login.
• Optional AI features (document naming / metadata extraction) when enabled by the Customer.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Your Customer (the GC organization that owns the account).
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under contract.
• OpenAI or similar processors only if the Customer enables AI features.
• Authorities when required by law.

5. Retention

Data is retained while the Customer’s subscription is active and as required for backups, legal, or dispute resolution. The Customer may request export or deletion subject to contract.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls by role, JWT authentication, and regular backups. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to support@gcefield.cc.

7. Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU users), you may request access, correction, or deletion via your Customer administrator or by contacting us.
